Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student," "You," or "Your") and IBT Learning Solutions LLC ("Company," "IBT Learning," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing your access to and participation in our programs, services, website (www.ibtlearning.co), and related offerings.

By enrolling in a program, submitting payment, or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

2. Nature of Programs

2.1 Non-Accredited Institution

IBT Learning Solutions LLC is not an accredited academic institution and does not confer degrees. Upon successful completion of a program, students may receive a Certificate of Completion.

A Certificate of Completion:

• Is not a college or university degree
• Does not provide academic credit
• Is not transferable to accredited institutions

2.2 No Employment Guarantee

IBT Learning provides education, mentorship, career coaching, portfolio reviews, interview preparation, internship facilitation and placement (in certain plans), and employer introductions.

However:

• We do not guarantee employment
• We do not guarantee job placement
• We do not guarantee salary outcomes
• We do not guarantee visa sponsorship

Employment outcomes depend on individual effort, market demand, employer decisions, and other external factors beyond our control.

3. Tuition & Payment Terms

3.1 Tuition Obligation

By enrolling, you agree to pay the full tuition amount associated with your selected program. All payments are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.

Enrollment reserves a seat and allocates instructional and administrative resources immediately.

3.2 Installment Plans

If you select a payment plan:

• You agree to pay the full program cost (including any installment premium).
• Payments are automatically charged every 30 days.
• You authorize IBT Learning to charge your selected payment method.
• You remain responsible for the full balance even if you withdraw or stop attending.
• Failure to complete installment payments does not cancel your financial obligation.
• Missed payments may result in suspension of access and/or collections activity.

3.3 Third-Party Financing

If you use financing providers (e.g., Affirm, Climb Credit, or similar):

• Your agreement is with the lender.
• IBT Learning does not control financing terms.
• Refunds, if approved, may be subject to lender policies.
• We cannot override third-party financing contracts.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy (14-Day Policy)

4.1 Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your official program start date.

To qualify:

• The request must be submitted in writing to: start@ibtlearning.co
• The request must be received within 14 calendar days of the start date.
• You must not have completed more than 25% of the program content.
• You must not have begun internship placement services (if applicable).
• You must be in good standing (no policy violations).
• Verbal requests will not be accepted.

4.2 After 14 Days – No Refunds

After 14 calendar days from the official start date:

• All payments are non-refundable.
• All outstanding installment balances remain due.
• Tuition is non-transferable to future cohorts unless approved in writing.

No refunds will be granted due to:

• Scheduling conflicts
• Job or academic workload
• Relocation
• Change of interest
• Financial hardship
• Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
• Failure to complete coursework

Enrollment secures resources and instructor time that cannot be reallocated after the start of the cohort.

4.3 Internship & Premium Plan Clause

For programs that include internship placement or employer matching:

• Refunds are not available once internship matching, employer introductions, or placement processing begins.
• Administrative placement efforts begin immediately upon enrollment.

4.4 Refund Processing Timeline

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
• Processing time may vary depending on Stripe, banking institutions, or financing providers.

4.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting IBT Learning constitutes a breach of this agreement.

We reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend access
• Provide documentation to financial institutions
• Pursue recovery of funds, including administrative and legal fees

5. Student Conduct Policy

Students must:

• Maintain professionalism
• Treat instructors and peers with respect
• Not record sessions without written permission
• Not share proprietary materials
• Not engage in harassment or discrimination

We reserve the right to remove students without refund for:

• Harassment
• Academic dishonesty
• Disruptive behavior
• Unauthorized redistribution of materials
• Non-payment

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, frameworks, recordings, slides, templates, assignments, and curriculum are the exclusive property of IBT Learning Solutions LLC.

You may not:

• Reproduce
• Redistribute
• Sell
• Share login credentials
• Publicly upload materials

Violation may result in legal action.

7. Internship & Career Support Services

Where offered, internship and career support services:

• Are subject to seat availability
• Are contingent on student readiness and performance
• Require compliance with program standards
• Do not guarantee conversion to full-time employment

We reserve the right to deny internship matching to students who fail to meet technical or professionalism benchmarks.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Disrupt website functionality

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

IBT Learning shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of income
• Loss of employment opportunity
• Emotional distress
• Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the total tuition paid by you.

10. No Guarantee of Results

IBT Learning provides education and skill development services.

We do not guarantee:

• Job offers
• Income levels
• Career transitions
• Immigration benefits
• Employer sponsorship

Results vary by individual.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Internet outages
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics
• War
• Employer partner decisions

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good-faith negotiation
• Binding arbitration in Texas

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
